Job Summary
What you'll do
šAssist in the development, enhancement, and periodic review of risk management policies, procedures, and operational risk frameworks. šSpearhead and support risk assessments (RCSA, New Product Risk Assessments) activities to identify and evaluate potential operational risks across key business areas, including business continuity, financial exposures, and third-party/vendor relationships. šEnsure timely reporting of Risk Incidents šUtilize existing risk management tools and systems to capture, monitor, and analyze operational risk data. šDevelop and implement practical risk mitigation strategies and control enhancements to address identified risks šPromote a strong risk-aware culture through effective risk communication, awareness campaigns, and training programs across the organization. šParticipate in incident investigations and lead or support root cause analysis to identify key risk factors and recommend control improvements. šPrepare, maintain, and present risk dashboards, reports, and other risk-related deliverables to senior management and other stakeholders. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise-wide risk initiatives and continuous improvement of the risk management function.
What we expect from you
šBachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ORM, CRMA, CISA, CBCP) are a plus. š3ā5 years of experience in risk management with strong exposure to operational risk areas. šFamiliarity with regulatory expectations and risk management standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO, BSP Circulars). šStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. šProficient in risk tools, reporting, and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or other risk systems). šAbility to work collaboratively across departments and effectively manage competing priorities.
