Job Summary
Responsibilities
šTake ownership of and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, to offer an exceptional candidate experience šCollaborate closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of our hiring needs and develop comprehensive hiring strategies šProactively source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach šConduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success šAct as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and expertise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques šMonitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas of improvement and implementing appropriate actions šUtilize data-driven insights to assess and improve recruitment strategies, ensuring continuous process optimization and maximizing the quality of hires šCollaborate with the people team to develop and implement employer branding initiatives, and enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice
Qualifications
šKnowledge of crypto and zero-knowledge proof spaces, or an interest and willingness to learn šProven track record as a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter, with hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment processes. Previous experience in remote, high-growth organizations is a plus šStrong understanding of strategic hiring, and talent acquisition principles. šDemonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates šBe observant, detail-oriented, and able to develop and scale operational processes šProficiency in applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and sourcing tools šSome travel to crypto conferences may be required for this position šDeep knowledge of regulations, and best practices in recruitment
