Job Summary
What you will do:
📍Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and non-technical roles in a Series A scaling environment 📍Scale hiring with structure and speed and build and maintain strong pipelines 📍Go beyond traditional sourcing to make an impact: design creative, high-signal sourcing strategies that work in competitive markets 📍Actively research and leverage existing and emerging AI recruiting tools to improve sourcing, screening, outreach, and hiring efficiency 📍Continuously refine recruiting processes to support growth from Series A toward Series B and beyond 📍Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, bringing data into decisions 📍Maintain a high bar for candidate experience while moving with urgency 📍Track and optimise recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategy and make data driven decisions
What you bring:
📍5+ years of recruiting experience (or an outstanding talent to make up for less experience), with a strong background in high-growth startups or high pressure agencies 📍Enthusiasm for technology and experience hiring in tech environments 📍Experience scaling teams in a post-product, post-funding environment (Series A or later) 📍Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and adapt recruiting strategies as the company grows 📍Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting and automation, and strong curiosity about what’s next and how to work smarter 📍Ability to balance speed, quality, and process as hiring volume increases 📍Strong stakeholder management skills 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and an additional European language.
