Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Make Markets for Crypto-Fiat Orderbook. Systematic RFQ quoting for D1 instruments. 📍Conduct research on Alpha signals and backtesting to enhance the profitability of trading strategies. 📍Work with developers to build and drive the continual improvement of the world-class risk management and trading tools.
What We Look For In You
📍Degree in a relevant area (Mathematics/Physics/Engineering/Computer Science/Finance) from a top university. 📍Proven records in systematic trading including market making and other systematic trading strategies. 📍Deep understanding of cryptocurrency Delta 1 products and basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency product is a plus. 📍Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Java/RUST/C++). 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make rational decisions under pressure. 📍Good communication skills.
