About the role:

Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services. Coins.ph is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.

In this dynamic role within our Over-the-Counter (OTC) division, you will work collaboratively with a diverse team, including sales traders, client relationship specialists, compliance experts, and regional managers. This position plays a crucial role in the expansion and enhancement of our international trading operations.

Responsibilities:

📍Build Trading Tools: Design, develop, and implement trading tools that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of trading operations. Continuously monitor and refine trading tools to adapt to market conditions and business needs. 📍Liquidity Management Tools: Develop and manage tools for effective liquidity management to ensure optimal fund utilization and risk management. Collaborate with the finance and trading teams to align liquidity tools with overall trading strategies. 📍Optimize Flow of Funds: Analyze and optimize the flow of funds across different trading and operational accounts. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources to maximize returns and minimize operational risks. 📍Improve Automations: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and processes within trading and liquidity management. Implement automation solutions that reduce manual intervention, improve speed, and minimize errors. 📍Assist in Building and Optimizing RFQ (Request for Quote): Support the development and optimization of the RFQ process to enhance pricing accuracy and execution efficiency. Collaborate with the trading and technology teams to integrate RFQ tools with existing trading platforms.

Requirements:

📍Experience in the Crypto OTC sector, ideally in a cryptocurrency exchange context. 📍Experience in nurturing and handling diverse institutional relationships across various cultures. 📍Proven capability in forming and guiding high-performance sales teams. 📍Deep enthusiasm for and knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
