Key Responsibilities

📍Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional, and regression testing. 📍Lead testing efforts for complex features and critical product components, ensuring high reliability and performance. 📍Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to define clear quality criteria and testing requirements. 📍Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create effective test strategies and plans. 📍Identify, report, and track defects using test management tools, advocating for timely resolution with the development team. 📍Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage. 📍Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process improvements within the QA team. 📍Stay updated on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, incorporating best practices into testing processes. 📍Communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

📍Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance, with significant exposure to multiple testing methodologies. 📍Strong expertise in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, Java). 📍Experience with API testing (REST, WebSocket) and understanding of blockchain or fintech environments is a plus. 📍Solid knowledge of agile development processes, CI/CD workflows. 📍Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. 📍Proven ability to thrive in an English-speaking, collaborative work environment. 📍Demonstrated ability to adopt and utilize AI-powered tools to improve work efficiency, with a continuous learning mindset and interest in emerging AI technologies.
