Job Summary
How you will make an impact
📍Own and drive the staking performance optimization product roadmap for key protocols 📍Collaborate with DevOps, Engineering, Data Science, and Protocol teams to identify and implement performance improvements 📍Lead multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines 📍Develop deep understanding of protocol-specific nuances (e.g., MEV opportunities, validator performance optimization) 📍Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications 📍Work with Sales and Marketing teams to effectively communicate our protocol capabilities to clients
Who you are
📍7+ years of product management experience 📍Strong technical background (computer science degree, software development experience, or technical PM experience) 📍Experience with protocol staking 📍Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage complex technical initiatives 📍Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 📍Demonstrated success in a remote work environment
