What you’ll do

📍Champion a scalable product development process to increase velocity, transparency and quality across teams. 📍Partner closely with Product Managers to remove friction from the product development process, ensuring the smooth launch of critical initiatives. 📍Develop systems that improve cross-functional communication and alignment between Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Marketing and 📍Release teams, ensuring strong execution at every release. 📍Own and continuously improve the product delivery tech stack to improve async communication, visibility, and execution in a fast-paced environment. 📍Build systems to translate business and customer insights into actionable product decisions, informing product strategy and prioritization. 📍Apply an AI-first mindset to automate reporting, workflows, and operational tasks, reducing manual overhead and increasing leverage. 📍Contribute to raising overall product team maturity, quality standards, and execution discipline across teams.

📍5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in a tech-driven, scaling organization 📍Obsession for improving processes, tools, and operational efficiency in product organizations. 📍Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in an ambiguous and changing environment. 📍Expert communication and stakeholder management skills 📍Proficiency in data analysis, extracting meaningful insights, and utilizing them to drive product enhancements. 📍Proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and an eye for continuous improvement
