Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing:
šWork on the strategy, planning, and execution of ASO/SEO initiatives for our company's global websites, apps and off-page content, and incorporating technical and content requirements. šTrack, analyse, research, and optimize keywords and rankings to drive non-brand traffic growth through SEO and ASO, as well as to conduct market and competitor analysis. šPartner with product managers and collaborate closely with local market growth teams across the globe in creating high-quality content that can drive organic growth and support existing marketing efforts. šAudit and analyse ASO/SEO performance, identify issues & root-causes, and experiment with rigorous approaches and measurement methods (A/B tests, data analytics) to improve performance at scale. šCreate data dashboards for weekly & monthly reports on rankings across top keywords, reviews, and sentiments across search engines (Google, Naver, Yandex), app stores (App Store, Google Play). šManage all conversion funnels and optimize conversion rates for clicks, downloads and signups.
What We Look For In You:
šSelf-motivated, proactive, persistent and able to work effectively autonomously and perform as a team; šDeep knowledge and experience in all aspects of SEO and ASO, including on-page optimization, link building, content and metadata optimization; šAdvanced experience in analytics/intelligence tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Data.ai, Apptweak, Appsflyer; šExperience in content growth, able to manage and handle keyword planning, SEO and metadata writing; šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with global teams; šProficient in data analysis and performance metrics, and able to communicate results using data; šAbility to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced work environment and in a dynamic industry. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. statistics, business, marketing)
