Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn the product roadmap for specific custody & settlement projects: Define, prioritize, and deliver new features and services (e.g., permissioned DeFi, GCUL currency operator) aligned with strategic goals and client requirements. đź“ŤTranslate vision into actionable outcomes: Develop business cases, define product specifications, and oversee implementation from concept through launch and post-release optimization. đź“ŤChampion client-centric innovation: Engage with institutional clients and partners to understand needs, validate solutions, and ensure adoption. đź“ŤCollaborate across ecosystems: Work closely with engineering, operations, compliance, and external partners to deliver secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant products. đź“ŤMonitor market and regulatory trends: Anticipate changes in digital-asset custody and settlement, ensuring our products remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements
📍7+ years in product management within financial services, fintech, or market infrastructure. 📍Proven ability to deliver complex products in regulated environments. 📍Strong commercial acumen—turning client needs into business value. 📍Ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity across diverse stakeholders. 📍Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging at C-level and with technical teams. 📍Can-do attitude and high degree of flexibility in coping with constantly changing requirements and priorities. 📍Nimbleness in swapping between high-level and detailed views 📍Experience with digital-asset custody, blockchain, or DeFi ecosystems, and familiarity with ISO 20022, SWIFT, or custody standards 📍Background in financial-market infrastructures or exchanges; knowledge of crypto trading or settlement workflows is a plus
