Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
šDevelop and execute user acquisition strategies across global markets and multiple channels (e.g., paid media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, ASO) šOwn and optimize key KPIs: CAC, LTV, payback period, ROI, conversion rates šBuild a high-performing acquisition team, and establish an experimentation culture with rapid iteration šCollaborate closely with product, data, local market and brand teams to drive growth loop efficiency šExplore crypto-native acquisition levers (airdrop, token incentives, referral programs, ambassador strategies) šBuild robust attribution models and reporting frameworks for better decision-making šStay on top of market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities
What We Look For In You:
š6+ years of user acquisition or growth marketing experience, with 3+ years in leadership roles šHands-on experience managing global paid channels and large user acquisition budgets šStrong understanding of CAC, LTV, funnel analysis, and experimentation methodology šExperience in crypto, fintech, or financial apps is strongly preferred šStrong analytical mindset and proficiency with attribution/analytics tools (e.g., GA, Adjust, AppsFlyer) šFluent in English; multi-market/global background is a plus
