Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn the design processes end-to-end for new products and features in close collaboration with product managers đź“ŤBuild and maintain a future-proof design system for Kiln products đź“ŤMaintain design file integrity and ensure alignment with production applications đź“ŤWork independently and collaboratively with Product and Marketing teams on experiences, campaigns, graphic concepts, assets, and visual treatments đź“ŤCreate UI mockups and click-through demos with the Product Team đź“ŤAssist the marketing team with new product launches, technical reports, infographics, marketing campaigns and event designs (see example) đź“ŤChampion design excellence, elevate our design standards, and inspire a culture of exceptional, user-centric design across Kiln
Requirements
📍4+ years of experience as Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, creating and shipping digital products for web and mobile. 📍Background experience in BtoB SaaS industry — preferably FinTech or Cyrpto. 📍Familiarity with the crypto industry (staking, DeFi, portfolio, wallets) 📍Experience with design systems and component libraries 📍Experience with prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions 📍Experience conducting user research and usability testing 📍Experience in graphic design and visual content creation 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team 📍Comfort with fast-paced, iterative product development 📍Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
