Job Summary
Key Responsibilities of the role
šCopper is looking for an exceptional Senior Product Designer to help us set the institutional standard for the digital asset industry. You will be a natural team player/leader, have an open and collaborative mindset and ability to solve problems creatively. šYou will be part of the Product team, and will be working closely with Product, Revenue, and Marketing teams. šLead design initiatives for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements šEnsure design consistency and product experience across Platform, apps, website and collateral whilst adhering to Copper brand and marketing guidelines šModify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences. šCreate wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to effectively communicate design concepts šCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, UX designer and other stakeholders to bring product visions to life šAnalyse and identify new product improvement opportunities
Your experience, skills and knowledge
šProven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing šExcellent attention to detail and an intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious šAbility to collaborate with cross-functional team members šStrong ability to understand client objectives and creatively translate into product design šAbility to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts šPassion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve šDynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences šAbility to get things done and deliver in a fast-paced innovative company
