Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Work with product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand user needs and requirements, and translate them into designs that meet business goals 📍Design and conduct user research and testing to validate designs and make data-driven decisions 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate them into our designs 📍Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are implemented correctly and efficiently
Requirements:
📍At least 3 years of experience in product design, including at least 1 year of focus on desktop and mobile trading software 📍Personal experience with crypto and/or margin trading (Forex, crypto futures), preferably ongoing 📍Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in user-centered design, visual design, and interaction design 📍Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices 📍Proficiency in design tools such as Figma 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills 📍Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
