Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Lead, mentor, and manage the video production team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. 📍Administer and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the video production department. Foster a collaborative and creative team environment. 📍 Oversee the complete video production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 📍 Directly contribute to video production as a motion editor, with understanding on technical specifications. 📍 Organize and coordinate all aspects of the shoot process, including scheduling, location scouting, and site preparation. 📍 Ensure that camera crews arrive on set with the necessary equipment and resources. 📍 Develop, implement, and maintain a consistent visual style and branding for all company video content. Stay abreast of current video production techniques and technologies.
Requirements
📍Proven experience in managing video production teams and projects. 📍Strong creative vision and ability to translate business objectives into engaging video content. 📍 Deep understanding of current video production trends, techniques, and technologies. 📍 Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects). 📍Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
