Job Summary

What You’ll be Doing:

📍Lead the end-to-end development process of interactive gaming experiences, ensuring alignment with the company's vision, objectives, and quality standards 📍Collaborate with game designers, engineers, and artists to define project goals, requirements, and timelines 📍Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints 📍Implement best practices for project management, including milestone planning, risk assessment, and issue resolution 📍Foster a collaborative and creative environment within the game development team, encouraging innovation and excellence 📍Establish and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders and external partners, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities 📍Oversee quality assurance processes to uphold product excellence and ensure a polished user experience 📍Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement 📍Contribute to the development of the company's gaming roadmap and product strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation 📍Act as a champion for the Genies brand, embodying its values and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and creativity

What You Should Have:

📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Design, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred) 📍Proven experience (5+ years) in game production or project management roles within the gaming industry, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality games on time and within budget 📍Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels 📍Deep understanding of game development processes, tools, and technologies, with a passion for gaming and interactive entertainment 📍Solid grasp of business fundamentals, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management 📍Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such Asana and Jira 📍Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, with a willingness to tackle challenges head-on and drive results 📍A collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork, with a commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace
