What you’ll do

You'll design, implement, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs that handle large-scale transactions and real-time data. 📍Optimize performance & scalability. You’ll push the limits of our system’s throughput and efficiency, ensuring seamless operation at scale. 📍Enhance security & reliability. You’ll implement best practices for secure, fault-tolerant, and highly available distributed systems. 📍Cross-company collaboration. You’ll collaborate with front-end engineers, designers, and stakeholders across the company to deliver a fully integrated user experience. 📍Contribute to code reviews. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the high quality of our codebase by providing feedback and suggestions on others' work during code review sessions. 📍Participate in research & innovation. You’ll stay at the forefront of blockchain-based trading technologies, exploring new solutions to improve our platform. 📍Interface with Customers. You’ll communicate directly with customers, providing support and gathering feedback.

What we’re looking for

📍8+ years of experience in backend development 📍Experience architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact and high usage 📍Master-level proficiency in systems programming languages like Golang, Rust, or C++ 📍Strong knowledge of database systems and internals (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) 📍Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
