Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Overseeing the monthly Learning Labs program for Singapore in collaboration with regional peers, including curating, scheduling, co-creating and facilitating live learning sessions on a variety of product and business topics and creating related communications 📍Designing & delivering workshops and seminars on timely topics for professional skills development based on regional & business needs 📍Leading the regional Supernova tech and leadership development program for early-in-career professionals, including organising & facilitating open days, pre-onboarding engagements, onboarding, skill building, leadership development and engagement opportunities. 📍Partnering with the global talent development team to create and implement enterprise programs to strategically grow the competency of our workforce 📍Supporting site-wide culture building initiatives such as employee engagement events and related communications
