Our mission is to become a global player in our areas of expertise that includes: tourism systems, augmented reality, game development and financial technology. While the development of our GoArt project continues rapidly, we are starting a new AA PC/Console game. Our project, is going to be published by a large media organization. We have a team that has been working together for a long time, has a common climate and a development language. We have a talented art team that has been involved in large projects before and has been working together for a long time. Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and implement HR transformation projects. šPlan and organize learning and development programs aligned with organizational needs and targets. šSupport digital transformation projects within the scope of Organizational Development processes. šAssist with the Performance Management System (OKR) in digital transformation, including process design and ensuring effective execution. šAnalyze the results of the Employee Engagement Survey and prepare remedial action plans. šSupport the development of policies and procedures related to Human Resources, in alignment with company objectives. šOversee promotion and rotation processes and conduct evaluation center studies. šProcess management and highly developed follow up skills. šProblem solving skills as well as analytical thinking capability. šFollow global best practices to ensure that processes within your scope of responsibility are implemented with an innovative perspective. šSupport Talent Management and succession planning processes. šSupport the development of policies and procedures related to Human Resources, in alignment with company objectives. šCollaborate with department leaders and HR partners to ensure training initiatives support organizational goals and improve performance. šTrack training needs, programs, and the development process of employees aligned with the Academy. šStay updated with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development to continuously enhance training offerings.
Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related fields. šExperience in the Organizational Development and learning function of Human Resources and/or experience as HR generalist min 5 years. šProven ability to design and deliver engaging, impactful training programs. šExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies. šExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal. šExcellent MS Office skills (especially Excel). šMulti-tasking abilities and excellent analytical skills. šApply the methodology of learning agility to the entire work strategy. šGood level of English language knowledge.
