They have worked hard to create and maintain a culture where you can own your work and are encouraged and given resources to try new ideas. 📍Occupy a unique position in the market, as an iOS Engineer and use your technology skills to develop a product that impacts the way communities, hospitals, homes, sports stadiums, and schools across the world. Construction impacts the lives of nearly everyone in the world, and yet it’s one of the world’s least digitized industries, not to mention one of the most dangerous. We’re looking for a talented professional to join the company's performance engineering team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with other project stakeholders to design and build customer solutions on our iOS platform. 📍Contribute to our iOS app with a focus on performance frameworks and regression testing, including memory usage, database performance, rendering, battery, network. 📍Investigate performance issues, identify hotspots/areas of improvement, identify benchmarks that should be maintained and regression tested agains. 📍Collaborate closely with other mobile developers to understand and develop solutions that address our needs and pain points. 📍Mentor and knowledge share within the wider mobile engineering org.
What will help you succeed
đź“Ť5+ years of software development experience. đź“ŤAt least 3+ years of native iOS development experience using Swift and CoreData. đź“ŤExperience doing performance profiling and analysis using Xcode instruments. đź“ŤExperience building frameworks and tools for native iOS performance tracking and analysis. đź“ŤExperience building regression suites and synthetic performance regression testing. đź“ŤExcellent communication skills, working across teams to build common solutions.
