Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šUsing a combination of tools and analytic skills, you will monitor our accounts and portfolios, and assist in daily reconciliations. šYou will assist the trading team with asset management in various exchanges and follow up fund transfers when necessary. šYou will work either individually, with other teams, or with external contacts to resolve any identified discrepancies and troubleshoot any systemic issues promptly and effectively. šYou will manage creditor interactions, verifying terms, facilitating drawdown and payment of loan principal and interest, auditing invoices and addresses. šYou will produce scheduled and unscheduled reports, analyses, and historical records as required by mandate or in support of other teams. šYou will help in quality assurance practises and will help developing manual processes into effective, automated processes. šDiscrepancy Analysis: Conduct thorough break analysis and resolve discrepancies in trading data. šAd Hoc Tasks: Assist with various ad hoc projects and tasks as required by the team.
Our ideal candidate will have:
šBachelor's degree from a reputable institution in Finance, Accounting, or a related field š3-5 years of middle office experience, preferably within a multi-national, and ideally in digital currencies, trading or other financial services organisation šAbility to raise issues with peers and managers, as well as communicate with clients and business partners to negotiate terms, as necessary šAs you will be working remotely, you will demonstrate an excellent ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and demonstrate self-reliance and self-motivation šGood initiative, great sense of urgency and personal resilience to manage the ups and downs of fast-paced teams
