Job Summary

The opportunity

šŸ“Drive alignment and execution of the Consumer Product Marketing team's go-to-market (GTM) plans by partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product teams, and cross-functional teams. šŸ“Coordinate all end-to-end go-to-market planning, timelines, and execution for product and feature launches. šŸ“Oversee campaign and production workflows, including entry and project tracking, GTM documentation, and coordination across stakeholders. šŸ“Collaborate with creative and media teams to manage top-of-funnel ad campaigns, ensuring deadlines and processes are met. šŸ“Manage localization and translation workflows with vendors and regional teams to deliver high-quality assets for international launches. šŸ“Submit and manage design and copy briefs including asset trafficking; oversee reviews and approvals across Brand, Legal, and Compliance. šŸ“Own operational needs including NDAs, contracts, invoicing, and expense tracking with Legal, FP&A, and Vendor Management. šŸ“Lead planning for team meetings, drive process improvements, and jump in where needed to ensure campaign success.

Skills you should HODL

šŸ“4–5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management within a premium brand, creative agency, or matrixed organization. šŸ“Strong portfolio management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders across digital channels. šŸ“Experience supporting and executing go-to-market campaigns, including ad creation, localization, and translation for global audiences. šŸ“Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward independently.
