Job Summary
The opportunity
šDrive alignment and execution of the Consumer Product Marketing team's go-to-market (GTM) plans by partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product teams, and cross-functional teams. šCoordinate all end-to-end go-to-market planning, timelines, and execution for product and feature launches. šOversee campaign and production workflows, including entry and project tracking, GTM documentation, and coordination across stakeholders. šCollaborate with creative and media teams to manage top-of-funnel ad campaigns, ensuring deadlines and processes are met. šManage localization and translation workflows with vendors and regional teams to deliver high-quality assets for international launches. šSubmit and manage design and copy briefs including asset trafficking; oversee reviews and approvals across Brand, Legal, and Compliance. šOwn operational needs including NDAs, contracts, invoicing, and expense tracking with Legal, FP&A, and Vendor Management. šLead planning for team meetings, drive process improvements, and jump in where needed to ensure campaign success.
Skills you should HODL
š4ā5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management within a premium brand, creative agency, or matrixed organization. šStrong portfolio management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders across digital channels. šExperience supporting and executing go-to-market campaigns, including ad creation, localization, and translation for global audiences. šSelf-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward independently.
