Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop strategic growth marketing initiatives focused on user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation. šBuild and grow a robust paid and organic experimentation approach across creative, app store optimization and landing page optimization to help grow ROI šApply deep background in acquisition marketing, performance marketing, organic and integrated marketing to drive growth through retargeting tactics. šDesign, implement, and manage lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive user engagement, retention, and revenue. šDevelop targeted marketing initiatives based on customer segmentation, leveraging advanced analytics and insights. šWork closely with the product, creative, and technology teams to create personalized customer experiences throughout the digital journey. šIdentify, build, and maintain relationships with strategic marketing partners to expand Binance's brand reach and influence in key African markets. šCollaborate with partners to develop and execute co-marketing campaigns, maximizing user growth and revenue across all channels. šLeverage partnership opportunities to generate high-quality content and resources aimed at driving user engagement and promoting Binance's brand image.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
š 8 to 12 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within Fintech or Tech firms. š Proven success in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, and partnership marketing. š Strong strategic marketing skills, including the ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives targeting key user segments. š Indepth understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and analytics tools. š Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking and optimize marketing strategies. š Outstanding communication and presentation skills. š Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment. š A selfstarter with a collaborative, teamoriented attitude. š Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage. š A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field a plus.
