About the Opportunity:

📍This is a unique opportunity to join as the first team member on the global Real Estate and Workplace Services team! Reporting to the Head of People, the Global Real Estate and Workplace Services Manager will drive our workplace planning and operational processes. In this role you will: 📍Manage workplace planning and special projects for our office moves and maintenance 📍Oversee office operations and related vendor management of all facilities 📍Continue to grow and manage our team of office managers and assistants 📍Partner with Talent team and our People Ops Manager to support talent attraction and retention 📍Research and drive efforts to support the total workplace environment and engagement 📍Responsible for health and safety protocols for US and Germany offices 📍Manage janitorial and cleaning staff to ensure cleanliness and sanitation needs are met 📍Oversee event planning, coordination, budget and logistics for all offices

About You:

📍5+ years of work experience leading workplace and facilities operations in multiple locations 📍2+ years of experience managing teams 📍Knowledge with real estate concepts and managing logistics across 📍Experience in lease, facilities and office services management 📍Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment 📍Ability to travel
