Our global crypto team possesses deep experience in both the scaling of new ventures and the restructuring of complex assets with asymmetric risk profiles. Through lateral acquisitions, Echo Base seeks to leverage operational and technical synergies across our portfolio companies. We seek a highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth, focusing on acquisition, retention, and effective channel management.
Job Summary
Experience Required:
📍Marketing Expertise: 📍Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with exposure to multiple marketing channels. 📍Work experience in crypto/Web3 is strongly preferred, though not required. 📍Advertising Expertise: 📍Proven expertise in leveraging paid tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Business Manager, and other performance marketing platforms. 📍Analytical Skills: 📍Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies, aka data-driven decision-making. 📍Advanced knowledge of tools like Excel and Google Analytics; familiarity with platforms like Superset or MySQL is a plus.
