Responsibilities:

📍Lead program management and oversee strategic crypto and stablecoin initiatives across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with Visa’s European and global objectives. 📍Coordinate complex, cross-functional regional and global teams dedicated to localize crypto and stablecoin initiatives in Europe—including product, legal, compliance, finance, and client services— ensuring seamless delivery against key OKRs. 📍Establish and manage robust program governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks for product launches and localization efforts. Drive key decisions forward by preparing clear decision frameworks, identifying trade-offs, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. Monitor and track progress of workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers.

Preferred Qualifications:

📍9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD 📍7–10+ years of relevant experience in payments (e.g., a payment facilitator, an independent software vendor, acquirer, fintech, Web3) or financial services, with a proven track record in program management and product GTM execution. 📍Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 📍Experience with governance processes, including steering committees, executive reviews 📍Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment
