Job Summary
About the role:
The Business Manager, Ledger Wallet will assist the EVP Consumer Services in his mission, own the Wallet consumers lifecycle from acquisition to engagement, bring consistency and maximize the impact of the BU towards hypergrowth by bringing clarity and coordination to all direct and indirect groups involved.
Responsibilities:
📍Wallet Consumer Lifecycle Ownership: Own and coordinate actions across the entire consumer lifecycle to significantly increase the number of active and engaged Wallet users. 📍Overall Wallet oversight: Bring glue and consistency of action between the Wallet's business line. Own uncovered areas of the Wallet, particularly unmonetized sections and user flows between sections. 📍BU Strategic & Operational Efficiency: Ensure perfect coordination and efficiency among all Business Unit direct and indirect contributors for the attainment of revenue goals. Coordinate the Business Unit's 360-degree strategy and its concrete, timely and impactful delivery. 📍Consumer Understanding: Understand and serve customers on the digital asset market, ensuring Ledger Wallet succeeds by delivering value to end users. 📍Hyper Growth Strategic & Quantitative Work: Apply quantitative focus and analytical excellence, coupled with mastery of strategy articulation, presentation skills, strategy definition, and P&L concepts within a high-growth environment. 📍Working with People: Exert significant personal influence and inspire execution, combining excellence with culture, curiosity, humility, and listening skills to seek trusted collaborations. 📍Organize and Clarify: Bring structure and clarity to Business Unit efforts, keeping teams ahead of plan and market evolutions.
Requirements:
📍Exceptional quantitative and strategic acumen, with total mastery in strategy articulation, presentation skills, strategy definition, P&L concepts, and a high-growth focus. 📍Ability to work in a matrixed environment, inspiring and leading execution through clear communication, competence, data, and influence rather than hierarchical authority. 📍Rigorous planning and timekeeping, with a strong ability to keep Business Unit efforts ahead of plan and market evolutions. 📍Proven success across an outstanding academic background with strong abstraction and thinking skills developed through demanding organizations. 📍Fluency in English. 📍Preexisting engagement and strong appetite for AI and what it can bring to the business.
