Responsibilities will include:

📍Perform monthly assurance and variance analysis to support the management accounts. 📍Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliation and related supporting documentation. 📍Perform payroll checks and related accounting. 📍Evaluate and improve existing financial processes and controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks. 📍Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely and successful audits, and implement recommendations as necessary. 📍Analyze and report on cost structures, identifying inefficiencies and recommending cost-saving initiatives. 📍Monitor and report on the Company’s cash flow, ensuring that sufficient liquidity is maintained and minimize deviations from projected figures. 📍Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. 📍Provide financial input to support potential business expansion and long-term business planning. 📍Assist with the implementation of new financial systems or upgrades, ensuring alignment with business needs. 📍Undertake special projects as required by management, including complex financial analysis and reporting.

We would love to meet with someone who is ACCA qualified or in possession of a Masters Degree in Accountancy with:

📍A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience gained in a Big 4 Firm (preferably audit). 📍Conversant with IFRS accounting principles coupled with experience in financial control. 📍Ambition to enhance knowledge and skills in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment. 📍Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong experience in Excel. 📍Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. 📍Able to work diligently and on own initiative with minimal supervision. 📍 Ability to learn quickly and a proven track record in problem analysis
