What You’ll Be Doing:

📍Assist in conducting witness interviews for internal investigations, gathering key information, and drafting comprehensive investigation reports. 📍Monitor, track, and summarize regulatory enforcement actions, providing insights to the compliance team to help shape risk mitigation strategies. 📍Conduct legal and regulatory research to support compliance initiatives and internal investigations. 📍Support compliance-related audits and assessments, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement. 📍Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and preparing materials for external audits or enforcement actions. 📍Manage and track compliance projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met efficiently. 📍Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including NDAs, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and Amendments 📍Design, develop, and implement compliance processes, internal guidelines, and playbooks to drive efficiencies and help the team build for scale

What We Look For In You:

📍Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement 📍4 years of work experience in a similar or technical role (e.g., compliance analyst, compliance officer, law firm and/or in-house corporate paralegal or legal analyst) 📍Self-starter, quick learner, hard-working, highly driven and proactive 📍Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to structure, analyze, and synthesize complex problems and communicate them effectively 📍A strong attention to detail, work ethic, and an ability to execute with speed, high standards, and a passion for sharing knowledge within your team and organization 📍Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, growth-stage and multi-cultural environment
