Requirements:

📍Hold a legal degree with a license to practice in at least one jurisdiction. 📍Bring 3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on corporate law, tax optimization, and governance. 📍Have experience in corporate structuring. 📍Possess a strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. 📍Have strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. 📍Exhibit excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. 📍Prior experience in technology, fintech, or blockchain industries is preferred. 📍Preference given to candidates with experience within the crypto-industry. 📍Full Professional English.
