Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
📍Work as a hands-on developer to deliver requested features 📍Act as a performance expert to sit in design meetings 📍Continuously identify performance hotspots and carry out optimizations 📍Participate in support rota and assist in issue investigations
What We Look for from You
📍Solid STEM education background 📍Versatility and learning agility 📍Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment 📍Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills 📍Application development experience of 3 years or above 📍Familiarity with Aeron, Disruptor, JVM, network stack, low-level programming, and hardware architecture is a great plus 📍Knowledge of financial market / crypto trading is a plus
