Upcoming Stylus will enable users to deploy programs written in popular programming languages like Rust, C, C++, and more, side-by-side with existing Solidity dApps on the same Arbitrum blockchain.
Job Summary
What you'll do:
šIdentify opportunities for investment and strategic collaboration with teams building blockchain scaling solutions and fundamental technical infrastructure. šDevelop and curate insightful research on cutting-edge industry trends and emerging technologies, directly shaping and driving the evolution of our investment theses. šAssist with identification and evaluation of projects and teams for Tandem investment, based on their technical merit, innovation, and alignment with our strategic objectives. šProvide hands-on guidance and mentorship to partners, helping them refine their ideas, design robust protocols, and navigate technical challenges. šFoster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within Tandem and Offchain Labs, facilitating research partnerships and cross-team initiatives.
What youāll need:
šDegree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, or physics Extensive experience in protocol research, with a strong technical background in blockchain technologies. šProven experience contributing to successful projects or teams in the blockchain space, with a focus on innovation, research collaboration, and/or supporting the launch of crypto products to market. šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. šStrategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and ecosystem dynamics in the blockchain industry.
