Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Define & Execute Strategy: Build a cohesive global content, digital growth, and event marketing strategy that increases awareness and supports revenue growth. 📍AI-Driven Transformation: Implement and scale AI-powered marketing tools to optimize efficiency, personalization, and performance—restructuring processes and workflows around AI capabilities. 📍Leadership & Growth: Set clear short- and long-term goals for the marketing team, design and manage the budget, and forecast hiring needs. 📍Commercial PR Strategy: Develop and execute creative PR and marketing strategies directly aligned with commercial objectives. 📍Collaborate closely with commercial teams to strengthen client engagement, support sales enablement, and drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For
📍Location: Based in Europe, with flexibility to travel. Languages: Fluent English and Spanish. 📍AI Obsession: Demonstrated passion for AI in marketing—both in adopting tools and in redefining structures, workflows, and strategies through AI. 📍Experience: 📍Global B2B marketing leadership experience. 📍Proven track record across brand, vertical, and lead generation marketing. 📍Familiarity with key dLocal markets: China, APAC, India, LatAm, Middle East, Africa.
