Responsibilities

📍Design user interfaces that are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with our mission to make Web3 accessible. 📍Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create designs that connect seamlessly with users. 📍Build and manage design component libraries to keep branding consistent across our products. 📍Lead design initiatives in Figma, creating high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. 📍Approach challenges with a user-focused mindset, considering the unique needs and behaviors of our audience(s). 📍Help establish and evolve the visual identity for Risk Labs’ products and initiatives, with an emphasis on aligning product and marketing visuals.

Requirements

📍5+ years in Product Design, with a portfolio that showcases your work across UI/UX and branding. 📍Design Skills: Expert in Figma, with sharp attention to detail, usability, and creative problem-solving. 📍Mindset: A low-ego collaborator who’s enthusiastic about receiving and providing feedback to strengthen ideas. 📍Crypto Passion: A deep interest in crypto, blockchain, and DeFi, with a willingness to dive into new concepts and user behaviors. 📍Brand Alignment: An understanding of how to turn brand guidelines into something visually unique and engaging.
