We are looking for three SENIOR GAME DESIGNERS to join our team, at our offices in Pamplona (Navarra) or work remotely. Requisitos mínimos

• 4+ years of experience in the role of Game Designer. • Deep understanding of character mechanics. • Large experience working with Unreal Engine and Unity. • Mathematical and analytical problem solving skills. • Capacity to accept feedback and make the proper changes, following the main objectives of the team leader. • Experience in project management softwares such as Jira, Trello. • Experience in Version-Control Software: GitHub. • Good level in Spanish will be a bonus. • Extensive knowledge of and experience playing RPG games is a plus • Strong understanding of how to design content that is fun. • Experience bringing large gameplay systems into balance. Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the leading project specialists to make decisions on the product development strategy. • Collaborate with narrative designers, artists, and programmers to create an engaging gaming experience. • Design new features and game mechanics systems. Bring your design ideas to life and analyze their effectiveness. • Collaborate with the balance designer to develop optimal solutions for the project balance. • Collaborate with the narrative designer to adapt existing mechanics and come up with new ones in order to enhance story immersion experience for the player. • Examine the results based on analytics and player feedback.
