Job Summary
Pantera Capital Management LP seeks a Senior Fund Accountant in Menlo Park, CA to oversee shadow accounting of funds to verify the fund administrator's NAV calculations.
📍Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience reconciling holdings between accounting records and custodians, exchanges, and capitalization tables; analyzing financial and investment transactions; compiling and updating fund performance numbers; assisting with compliance-related tasks, regulatory filings and operational tasks associated with the Finance team; preparing quarterly financial reports; working with investment products and financial instruments, venture fund structure; preparing quarterly financial reports; utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word, Fund Accounting Principles, GAAP, Valuation Methods, and Compliance; and utilizing Microsoft Excel to maintain investment portfolio and investor database. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
