Base is looking to hire an Associate Creative Director to join their team. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely anywhere in the United States. Base - A new Ethereum L2, incubated by Coinbase and built on the open-source OP Stack.
Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
📍Building and maintaining our frontend mobile and web applications with high quality standards 📍Work at the bleeding edge of onchain app development to build high quality experiences that are simple and delightful to users. 📍Open sourcing our web apps and libraries, and supporting open source contributions and issues from the community 📍Assisting teams inside Coinbase building onchain products, leveraging industry best practices and modern app development pattern
What we look for in you:
📍You have at least 5 years of experience in developing web and mobile apps and shipping user-facing features with JavaScript and modern js frameworks like React and NextJS 📍You've developed and shipped user-facing features with onchain components 📍You have deep user empathy and are unafraid to talk to users daily to build product intuition 📍Youâre familiar with current trends and best practices in frontend architecture and onchain app development, including security, performance, and usability. 📍Youâre familiar and able to drive product and design lifecycles, and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and product managers 📍You write high quality, well tested and maintainable code
