Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and manage financial models to forecast and analyze business projects šOversee the daily operations of our crypto financial activities, including transaction processing, wallet management, and tax compliance with regulatory requirements šContribute to the development and implementation of tokenization projects, including utility tokens, ensuring alignment with our business goals and compliance standards šCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, legal, and growth, to streamline financial operations and support strategic initiatives šMonitor and report on financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize profitability and growth šStay abreast of the latest trends and regulations in the crypto and web3 space to ensure our finance operations are innovative and compliant
Requirements
šBachelorās or Masterās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field š3+ years of experience in finance operations, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the crypto or blockchain industry šSolid understanding of financial principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced, innovative environment šProficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools šKnowledge of cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, and blockchain technology šFamiliarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to crypto finance šExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills šStrong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across diverse teams šSelf-motivated, with a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
