Responsibilities

📍Assist in compiling financial information for complex entities 📍Verify and cross check data sourced from different reporting tools on a regular basis 📍Perform basic accounting functions and assist in the month-end closing processes 📍Prepare and maintain proper accounting documents and records 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support on new business initiatives 📍Assist in other financial reporting / analytical tasks as needed

Requirements

📍Bachelor degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent 📍Strong interpersonal skills, excellent team player, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to multi-task 📍Painstaking attention to details, keenness to work with complex data and ability to follow procedures meticulously 📍Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 📍Proficient in Word and Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table) 📍Prior experience in SQL or python is preferred 📍Prior experience in data tools (Tableau) and/or Oracle NetSuite a plus 📍Commercial experiences preferred
