Job Summary
What you will be working on
šRegulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all tax, statutory, and regulatory obligations across multiple jurisdictions. šEquity Reconciliations: Oversee the preparation and review of equity account reconciliations. šTransfer Pricing: Assist in maintaining groupās transfer pricing methodology and coordination with external advisors. šMonth-End Close: Assist in delivering accurate and timely month-end accounts and internal financial reporting. šAudit Support: Work with local and group auditors to address audit requirements and deliver high-quality documentation. šCross-Team Collaboration: Contribute to team and individual objectives, and support the Group Financial Controller and VP of Finance with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.
What you will bring
šAccounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, corporate tax, VAT, and statutory requirements in Poland. šInternational Compliance Experience: Experience assisting and coordinating with external consultants for tax and statutory filings in UK, Ireland, and the US. šTechnical Skills: Good understanding of Microsoft Office, and Google Suiteāused regularly in our day-to-day workflows. šProblem Solving: A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to tackle key control and reconciliation challenges.
