Main responsibilities

📍Responsible for reconciliation and documentation; identifies action items to resolve reconciliation variances. 📍Ensure timely recording & posting of journal entries 📍Contributes to the area BU planning and controlling processes by collecting, analyzing and presenting/reporting financial and product volume actuals and forecasts from individual countries, enabling the production of annual business plans and monthly/quarterly outlook. 📍Collecting and posting cash. 📍Reviews transactions to ensure compliance with tax accounting policies. 📍Ability to handle escalations and complex customer requests. 📍Working independently and taking on more complex responsibilities. 📍Responsible for maintaining data integrity between Primary and Secondary ledgers. 📍Support IC settlements and legal matters concerning central bank regulations and FX trades. 📍Interact with other teams (e.g. AP, AR, Taxes) 📍Maintain SOX controls and account recs standards.

Qualifications

📍Graduated in Accounting with valid CPA registration. 📍4+ years’ experience in accounting. 📍English skills is a must. 📍Working knowledge of advanced financial administration principles. 📍Demonstrated experience with financial systems and data query tools. 📍Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced excel skills. 📍ERP knowledge (Oracle is preferrable) 📍Office pack and power BI (preferred)
