Job Summary
How you will make an impact
šCollaborate with protocol teams to deploy and operate blockchain nodes šEnsure high availability and scalability of our systems Monitor and alert on system performance and availability šTroubleshoot and debug issues in development, test, and production environments šParticipate in on-call activity and provide support for production systems šImplement and maintain system automation and configuration management šEmbed security controls and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines across blockchain infrastructure šDesign, harden, and monitor hybrid infrastructure, including bare-metal, on-prem, and cloud environments šCollaborate with our Security Architect to assess risk, define secure configurations, and drive defense-indepth strategies šAudit and continuously improve infrastructure security against industry standards like CIS and NIST
What you bring to the team
šIdeally 3-7 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or SRE role šStrong understanding of Linux fundamentals and how a kernel works šExperience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana šExperience with system engineering and automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform šExperience working in a remote environment or willing to do so šStrong written and verbal communication skills šNice to have: knowledge of Zero Trust security models or distributed key-sharing frameworks
