Responsibilities:

📍Lead the evolution and expansion of Wintermute's refreshed brand identity 📍Upgrade and refine our design system, establishing distinctive graphical and illustration > 📍Conceptualize and execute UI/UX design for digital products, ensuring smooth user experiences 📍Create impactful visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and communications 📍Oversee website design, ensuring consistent brand representation and optimal functionality 📍Develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos to elevate brand storytelling 📍Collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with marketing and product teams, to align design efforts with business objectives 📍Balance strategic design initiatives with efficient management of daily design tasks 📍Clearly articulate and present design decisions and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively

Hard Requirements:

📍Extensive experience in graphic design, UI/UX, motion graphics, and video production 📍Expert-level proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and other tools 📍Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining comprehensive design systems 📍Exceptional portfolio demonstrating versatile design capabilities and visual storytelling 📍Excellent typography, color theory, and composition skills 📍Strong collaborative skills and clear communication abilities 📍Great taste and a sense of humor
