Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Build the first-ever AFI (Automated Financial Intelligence). 📍Lead machine learning research to enhance DeFi security and growth. 📍Develop data collection strategies to analyze protocol risks, user behavior, and market trends. 📍Design scalable ML models for risk management, forecasting, and anomaly detection. 📍Collaborate with engineering & product teams to deploy models in production. 📍Provide actionable insights to improve DeFi security and efficiency. 📍Stay ahead of industry trends in ML and blockchain analytics.
Requirements
📍4+ years of data science experience, specializing in ML (Gradient Boosting, SVM, RL, LLMs, PPO, DPO, Instruct, MCTS, etc.). 📍Expert in Python, SQL, LangChain & RAG, with strong statistical and analytical skills. 📍M.Sc. in CS/EE/IE/DS with Thesis. 📍Self-starter with a curious and innovative mindset. 📍Team player with a strong sense of ownership. 📍Passionate about blockchain & Web3. 📍Experience with DeFi protocols & on-chain data is a plus.
