Responsibilities

📍Lead day-to-day operations of our crypto-backed credit card Manage relationships with issuing banks, processors, and card networks 📍Monitor program KPIs like authorization rates, chargeback trends, fraud alerts, rewards redemptions, and and provide actionable recommendations 📍Partner with Risk, Compliance, Finance, Engineering, and Product teams to support both day-to-day execution and long-term program strategy 📍Oversee settlement, reconciliation, and reporting between fiat and crypto flows 📍Coordinate incident responses, escalations, and resolutions related to card operations 📍Develop and document operational processes, playbooks, and SLAs - help design scalable operational processes as we launch in new markets or add new card products 📍Serve as the go-to expert internally for all things related to card program operations 📍Marketing - collateral mgmt… events activation oversight

What we're

📍Deep understanding of card issuing flows — including transaction processing, disputes/chargebacks, BIN sponsorship, fraud tooling, and network compliance 📍Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., Reg E, UDAAP, PCI-DSS) 📍Strong project management skills with a bias toward execution 📍Familiarity with crypto concepts (custody, stablecoins, wallets, off-ramps) and a passion for Web3 📍Proven ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders across compliance, engineering, finance, and customer support 📍Excellent communication skills 📍Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive 📍Bonus: You’ve helped launch or scale a card product at a fintech or crypto startup
