Responsibilities

📍Own end-to-end production for campaigns, product launches, cultural drops, and major brand moments. 📍Build timelines, scopes, budgets, and production plans across film, social, digital, OOH, and experiential. 📍Manage intake and prioritization across Creative, Product, Growth, and Brand Marketing. 📍Lead external agencies, production partners, creators, and vendors from pitch through final delivery. 📍Ensure everything we ship meets Phantom's craft bar and stays consistent with our brand.

Qualifications

📍7 to 10 years experience producing multi-channel creative work 📍Proven track record shipping campaigns across film, social, digital, OOH, and experiential 📍Strong cross-functional coordination with Product, Growth, and Product Marketing Managers 📍Excellent at managing timelines, scopes, budgets, and vendors 📍High craft standards and strong attention to detail 📍Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments 📍Clear communicator who stays calm under pressure
