What you’ll do:

📍Drive development and execution of the company’s strategies to address new and evolving global privacy requirements. 📍Lead on drafting new and updated privacy policies across the full range of TFH’s products. 📍Respond to and manage privacy related regulatory investigations. 📍Oversee the privacy policy safeguard life cycle end-to-end. 📍Maintain subject matter expertise in new and evolving areas of global privacy law and regulatory pressures. 📍Develop resources and tools that enable counsel across the company to provide durable and consistent advice on privacy issues. 📍Drive high-profile and high-impact projects involving privacy analysis with cross-functional stakeholders across the project’s business, policy, legal, communications, security, and other departments. 📍Be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude. 📍Be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and jump right in to support the team.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

📍Deep experience in privacy, security and AI laws. 📍Strong understanding of GDPR, LGPD, APAC privacy laws, and other globalprivacy laws. 📍Experience supporting privacy programs. 📍First hand experience of privacy regulatory investigations, incident response management, breach reporting, and the practical realities of managing a global privacy program. 📍Someone who’s excited about and comfortable with mastering new areas of law and tech, in particular cryptocurrencies.
