Responsibilities

📍Content Creation & Management: Draft, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging, and original content across various platforms including websites, blogs, social media, and other marketing materials. 📍SEO Optimization: Develop content optimized for SEO to increase web traffic and improve search engine rankings. 📍Content Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create a content strategy that aligns with company objectives and audience demands. 📍Quality Assurance: Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies and ensure all published content meets the company's editorial guidelines. 📍Research: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct thorough research to create content that resonates with our target audience. 📍Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior content writers, helping them develop their skills and ensuring content quality. 📍Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve content quality. 📍Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the content aligns with broader campaign strategies, brand guidelines, and company values using data-driven insights. 📍Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to the wider Marketing team and leadership team.

Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. 📍Proven track record with 5 years of experience in content writing or related roles. 📍Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 📍Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Strong research skills with attention to detail. 📍Experience in mentoring or managing a team is a plus. 📍Knowledge of web3, blockchain or cryptocurrency industry or domain would be an advantage.
