Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Develop and implement compliance programs aligned with Brazilian laws and regulations. 📍Ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements including, but not limited to, the Brazilian - Clean Company Act, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. 📍Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments. 📍Provide guidance on Brazilian corporate, consumer, labor, and intellectual property law. 📍Manage internal investigations and oversee compliance training programs.
Qualifications
📍Bachelor's Degree in Law, preferably with specialization in Brazilian legal standards. 📍Extensive experience in compliance roles within Brazil, particularly in the financial, technology, or cryptocurrency sectors. 📍Deep understanding of Brazilian compliance laws and international regulations. 📍Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory.
