Job Summary
What you will be doing:
šMaintain our AFS license, including managing regulatory reporting and filings. šImplement practices and controls to meet AFS license and compliance obligations. šLead the implementation and monitoring of the compliance plan. šDevelop and maintain compliance policies and procedures, reports and metrics. šDevelop and deliver regulatory and compliance training based on training needs assessment and areas of potential regulatory risks. šContribute to the continuous improvement of the compliance program and plan, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. šLiaise and partner with our global compliance functions and ensure alignment with our Group Compliance programs.
What we are looking for in you:
šBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. šMinimum 8 years experience in a regulatory compliance advisory role within financial services. šSound knowledge of AFS licensing requirements and compliance obligations, Australian financial services regulations and industry standards. šTeam player and cultural change agent, with strong collaboration, influencing and project management skills. šStrong technical knowledge of, and demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compliance programs, plans, policies and controls. šExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to stakeholders. šInterest in crypto and/or blockchain technology.
